3 Days Seven Churches Of The Revelation Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Smyrna and Pergamon

We will meet you at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport upon arrival and drive to Izmir City Center. Visit the ancient city of Smyrna (modern-day Izmir), where you’ll explore the Smyrna Agora and the Church of St. Polycarp.
We will  continue your journey to Pergamon (modern-day Bergama) and explore the ancient city of Pergamon, including the Acropolis, the Asklepion, and the Red Basilica.Overnight stay in Pergamon.

Day 2: Sardis, Philadelphia, Thyatira, and Hierapolis

After breakfast, depart for the ancient city of Sardis (modern-day Sart). We wil explore the ruins of Sardis, which includes the gymnasium, synagogue, and Temple of Artemis. Afterwards we will continue your journey to Philadelphia (modern-day Alasehir), visiting the ancient city with remains of early Christian churches. Proceed to Thyatira (modern-day Akhisar) and explore its historical significance mentioned in Revelation. Drive to Hierapolis and visit the ancient city including the Martrydom of St. Philip. Overnight stay in Pamukkale.

Day 3: Laodicea, Ephesus, Virgin Mary’s House, and St. John’s Basilica

We will begin the day with a visit to the ancient city of Laodicea Ancient City. Explore the ruins, including the ancient theater and the Church of Laodicea mentioned in Revelation. We will continue to Ephesus, one of the most renowned ancient cities in Turkey and explore Ephesus, including the Celsus Library, the Theater, and other significant sites. Also we will visit the Virgin Mary’s House, believed to be the place where Mother Mary spent her final years. Our last stop is St. John’s Basilica, a sacred site for Christians. After the tour, transfer to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. Departure for your onward journey.
