2 Days Pamukkale, Aphrodisias and Ephesus Tour Program
Day 1: Ephesus Tour
We’ll start our journey early, as we pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul and whisk you away to the airport. A short one-hour flight takes us to Izmir Airport, where our Ephesus adventure awaits.
Upon arrival in Izmir, we’ll transfer you to Selcuk city center, where you’ll join a Small Group Regular tour. Our first stop is the revered Mother Mary’s House, believed to be her final dwelling place. From there, we’ll head to the awe-inspiring Ephesus, a remarkably preserved Greco-Roman city. Amidst the ancient ruins, you’ll be astounded by the Celsus Library, Agora, The Theater, Odeon, Trajan Fountain, Domitianus Temple, and Roman Latrines. After a satisfying lunch, we’ll explore the remnants of the Artemis Temple, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
As the day comes to a close, we’ll transfer you to your Kusadasi hotel, where you can relax and unwind.
Day 2: Aphrodisias Ancient City and Pamukkale Tour (Breakfast)
Following a hearty breakfast, we’ll collect you from your hotel (please remember to check out and bring your luggage). Our journey begins with a visit to Aphrodisias, where we’ll explore Sebasteion, Theater, Agora, Tiberius Portico, Hadrian Baths, Bishop Palace, Aphrodite Temple, Odeon, Stadium, Tetraphylon, and enjoy some free time at the Aphrodisias museum.
After a satisfying lunch, we’ll make our way to Pamukkale. Here, we’ll delve into the wonders of Hierapolis antique city, discovering the Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinious Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater, Antique Pool, and capturing beautiful photos from Pamukkale’s most scenic spots. You’ll even have the opportunity to stroll barefoot amidst the mesmerizing travertines.
Our adventure concludes with a transfer to Denizli Cardak Airport, where you’ll catch a one-hour flight back to Istanbul. Upon your arrival in Istanbul, we’ll ensure a smooth transfer back to your hotel.
